We believe by giving prospective buyers the opportunity to meet our team, walk through projects,  and witness the quality of manufacturing, we are helping you become more educated about our modular process.

Open Houses

We love to show off our homes that are a little different from the rest. So many of our homeowners come up with creative design features inside and out, and we love it when you have an opportunity to see them. 

Muddy Boots Tours

If we have 2-3 homes that we are building close to one another, we plan Muddy Boots Tours so you can see multiple homes within a short drive. We send you the addresses, come visit all or one. Great opportunity to see everything that needs to be done after the home is set on the foundation. 

Ritz-Craft Factory Tours

Located in Mifflinburg, PA. We will walk through their design center and 3 Model homes, tour the entire factory and answer all of your questions during lunch to follow. You must register for this event, and this event is subject to cancellation if there isn't enough interest. RSVP 2 weeks prior, please.

Home Shows

Every spring year, we participate in several local Homeshows. Great opportunity to meet us and obtain all of our marketing material. But make sure you put the Corey's Construction Home Show in your Schedule so you can meet all the Real Estate Agents, Contractors, bankers, and vendors that we use to help us build your home.
