Corey Green is the President of Corey's Construction, which he developed as his Senior Project in 2001 while obtaining a B.S. in Business from Bridgewater. Corey's Construction is currently a Custom Homebuilding Company which has been in operation since 2001. In 2003, he formed a partnership with his father, John, who owned Green Concrete Works. Corey is currently the Sales Manager for Green Concrete Works and completes all estimates, but he is also the Project Manager for Corey's Construction. He is CAD Certified and maintains the most current training available with Chief Architect so that he is able to assist you from the design portion of your home or remodel through the construction phase. Corey currently lives in Greencastle, PA, with his wife, Jessica, and their two children. He enjoys playing basketball and spending time at the beach with his family.
Robert (Bob) E. Bechtel III
Bob joined Corey's Construction as a Sales Manager. His commitment and leadership with the community have contributed to his values and practices that he has brought to Corey's Construction. Bob has extensive experience with project management, sales, estimating, and design. On his free time, Bob will most likely be found volunteering as a Scoutmaster for Troop 05, supporting the Washington Redskins, or enjoying the outdoors.
John Green manages all of the administrative and financial tasks for both Corey's Construction and Green Concrete Works. He received an undergraduate degree in Economics as well as an M.B.A. from St. Mary's University in Finance. John has worked previously as an Account Operations Manager at Mack Truck, a Plant Controller for St. Lawrence Cement, an a Corporate Controller for HB Mellot. In 2003, John formed Green Concrete Works and developed a partnership with his son, Corey. John has since taken a number of Trucrete certifications for epoxy, flake floor systems and concrete overlay. In addition, he is Edco certified for Floor Polishing. He has also completed several QuickBooks training courses and seminars in order to assist in managing the financial side of your project in the most efficient and customer-friendly manner. John currently lives in Hagerstown with his wife, Sandra. He enjoys Redskins Football, gourmet cooking, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Michael is currently the head of the Pre-Construction, Plan Development, and pricing department of Corey's Construction. Michael joined the business in 2008 after Graduating from Salisbury University, where he received his degree in History.
During his time with the company, Michael was involved with on-site production, accounting, and design before moving into his new role. Michael also is a Graduate of the Strategic Partnership Program of Clark Construction and the Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland. Michael has also received many certifications in building materials and designs.
Michael also is a Board Member of Habitat for Humanity of Washington County. During his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and young daughter, outdoor activities, and all Washington Sports.
Lamar came to Corey's Construction as a Production Manager. He oversees the finishing details of each project. His quality of work and attention to detail comes from 20 years of custom cabinetry. His extensive knowledge and experience in construction has greatly contributed to the quality and confidence Corey's Construction puts into each home.
Teresa joined Corey's Construction as Accounting Manager. Teresa's hard work and dedication is shown in her accomplishments with Corey's Construction, as well as her involvement with the community. After completing her Master's degree in Business Administration, she continued her career in accounting for the construction industry. Teresa enjoys spending time with her two children and husband. She volunteers much of her free time supporting high school activities and still makes time for for tennis and time at the beach.
Amanda came to Corey's Construction in 2015 after moving from New England. She coordinates the design and pre-construction planning of Corey's Construction's projects. Amanda obtained degrees in Business Administration, Human resources, and Meeting & Event Planning. Amanda greatly enjoys raising two adventurous boys with her husband, traveling, and learning.
Jason heads the Framing and Modular Set crew for Corey's Construction. He brings years of experience of Modular construction and his team is something to see during "set day".
Alexandra joined Corey's Construction in 2021 as part of our Accounting team. She is responsible for helping our clients with banking, loans, and contracts.
Evan joined Corey's Construction in 2022 to Manage Land Development and Permitting. He works directly with our clients with Septic, Wells, Stormwater Management, and all site needs.
