Attending a Corey’s Construction event is a great way to learn more about the modular homebuilding process and explore whether a turnkey modular home is the right fit for you. Whether you’re just beginning to research your options or are actively planning your next steps, our events are designed to provide clear, helpful information in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

During this event, you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with our team, ask questions about modular construction, and learn what sets our turnkey approach apart. We’ll walk through key topics such as timelines, customization options, site preparation, permitting, and what’s typically included in the base price of our homes. Our goal is to help remove the uncertainty that often comes with building a home and replace it with clarity and confidence.

Events may also include visual examples such as floor plans, design selections, or behind-the-scenes insight into how modular homes are built and set on site. You’ll gain a better understanding of how factory construction works, how it compares to traditional stick-built methods, and why many homeowners choose modular for its efficiency and quality control.

If you’re considering building a home, attending one of our events is a simple, no-pressure way to gather information, explore your options, and take the next step toward loving where you live.
