This form must be completed to initiate the formal contract process. Submission confirms your approval of the project plans and financials and agreement to the process outlined below.

Deed and Loan Signatories

All individuals listed on the property deed and/or loan must sign the contract. Please provide the names and correct email addresses of all required signers:

Final Plan and Budget Approval

IMPORTANT DETAILS:


You have thoroughly reviewed and fully approved the most up-to-date project plans and budget. I fully understand that the plans are subject to change before the start of construction, pending my land/permit requirements.


Any changes requested after this form is submitted will pause the contract process. You will be required to resubmit a new request form to restart the contract process.


Submissions of this form indicates that you agree to the terms, including a two-week period between this submission and delivery of the formal contract. This allows all departments of Corey's Construction to audit your entire project.

Contract Delivery and Follow-up

You will receive an email notification the day the contract is sent, including instructions on how to proceed.


Please ensure all listed signers are available to complete the contract promptly upon receipt.
